He was a frequent winner of numerous trophies for his flawless classic car collectibles.
Although Odell had many interests and wonderful friends his greatest joy was his family. He spent most of his time loving, supporting and uplifting his wife, children, grandchildren great grandchildren and all of his family and friends. Always friendly and outgoing, Odell never met a stranger. He volunteered at Davis Hospital for many years. He was a member of the RA Clement Alumni Association and the Brotherhood Car Club.

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be
So, He put His arms around you and whispered, "Come to me."
With tearful eyes we watched you, as you slowly slipped away
And though we loved you dearly, we couldn't make you stay.
Your golden heart stopped beating; your tired hands put to rest
God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
