Margaret Gertrude Linney passed away at Forsyth Medical Center on December 28, 2020 at the age of 87. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Worth Linney, sister Mary Morrison, and their parents, Oscar and Selma Morrison. Margaret is survived by her daughters, Selma Renee and Sharon, her five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Margaret was born in Shiloh Township, where she lived most of her life. Margaret was a graduate of Morningside High School in Statesville, North Carolina and loved good music, good friends, and good food. Margaret’s family will hold a private scattering ceremony to honor her life and requests that in lieu of flowers, you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
