Sean Xavier Poole was born on January 3, 1973 in Statesville, N. C. to Brenda McClain Turner and Harry Dewayne Turner. He departed this life on Saturday, January 23, 2021.
Sean was an outgoing person and never met a stranger. He loved to be around people and loved having "fun". Sean received his education at South Iredell High School and Mitchell Community College. He also received his CDL license and was employed as Carroll Fuller Trucking. He enjoyed cooking, Tae Bo, and driving all over the world in his truck.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, James Henry Moser, Clyde Moser, Jr. and Kenny Moser; three aunts, Catherine Byers, Cheryl Ann Turner, and Grace Rosby Turner, one uncle, Barry Lane Turner; his maternal grandmother, Ollie C. McClain; his maternal grandfather, Ernest Wade “Tom” Bailey and a cousin, Kellie LaShonda Bailey.
Sean leaves his memory of his life, one son, Xavier DeShawn Poole of Hickory, NC; one daughter, Kyesha Renee Poole of Hiddenite, NC; three sisters, Mae Ruth "Duffy" Moser of Charlotte, NC, Claudia Moser Davidson of Statesville, NC, and Antoniette "Toni" Moser of Charlotte, NC; one god-sister, Tara Wilson (Emmett) Hoey of Statesville, NC; one brother, Gary Moser of Stony Point, NC; one grandson, Milo Sean Cameron McCrary of Hiddenite; uncles, Keith Turner (Sondra) and Jimmie McClain (Juanita); aunt, Lottie “Ann” Bailey of Statesville; great aunts, Shirley M. Byers and Gladys G. Allen (A.J.); great great aunt, Betty Poole; special cousins, Kenny Bailey, Natasha Byers, David Byers, Vernon Byers and Anthony Hill; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life Services will be conducted Sunday, January 31, 2021, at Rutledge and Bigham Funeral Home.
at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Melvin D. Linney will officiate.
General Public Viewing will be 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and resume on Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
