Obituary for Zelta Maudeen Davidson (Lewis)

Mrs. Zelta M. Davidson, 86, was born in Phoenix, Arizona on January 1, 1937, to the late Tom Lewis and Madge Albertson Davis Lewis. She departed this life on Monday, January 30, 2023, at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Mooresville, N.C.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Davidson, Jr; three sisters, Sara Lewis Fortune, Rosetta Lewis Schaffer and Wanda Lewis and five brothers, Omar Lewis, Tommy Lewis, Pat Lewis, Leon Lewis, and Gary Lewis.
She leaves to cherish the memories of her life her son, Dwayne Davidson and his wife, Lisa of Scottsville; two grandchildren, Amber and Michael; three great-grandchildren, Skyla, Scarlett and Tristan and two sisters, Anna Bryant and Phyllis Carroll; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Buckingham Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 3, 2023, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home in Dillwyn, Virginia.
