Obituary

Romans 14:8 For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; whether we die, we die unto the Lord:whether we live therefore , or die, we are the Lord's"

As We Remember
Mr. Harry Randell Morrison
Come, ye disconsolate, where’er ye languish,
Come to the mercy seat, fervently kneel.
Here bring your wounded hearts, here tell your anguish;
Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal.

He was the son of the late Guy Lynn Morrison and Eddie Mae Hamilton Morrison. He departed this life on November 17, 2020, at Brian Center of Hickory following an extended illness.

He was a graduate of South Iredell High School and was member of Clark’s Chapel Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Mae Morrison Young and a brother, Guy Lynn Morrison, Jr.

Harry Leaves to cherish the memory of his life, his siblings, James S. Hamilton of Statesville, John Wayne (Queen) Morrison of Catawba, Herbert L. (Pamela) Morrison of Statesville and Alice M. (Fredrick) Williams of Statesville; one brother-in-law, Ricky A. Young, Sr. of Catawba; a host of nieces and nephews; two aunts, Blanche Parker of Statesville and Juanita (Bishop Joe) Gray of Woodleaf; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Harry loved to say to everybody all the time,
"Be Yourself"

In tears we saw you sinking, and watched you fade away
Our hearts were almost broken, because we wanted you to stay.
But when we saw you sleeping, so peacefully and free from pain.
How could we wish you back with us to suffer that again.
It breaks our hearts to lose you, but you do no go alone
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
Submitted with love,
The Family
